Welcome to Neon Kwan, an ERA-2 set of low-rise commercial buildings situated along the BLVD at Wiami Beach. This is home to a number of different public hangouts, bars, and nightlife, as well as a variety of equipment shops.
After perfecting the Wheels racing systems, our team will be working on combat, weapons, levelling, inventory and questing gameplay elements. Neon Kwan will double as a place to hang out, find new allies and gear up before you venture into the wild unknown.
