This VIP will:
- Reduce the Borrow Cap for BUSD from 184.5M BUSD to 130M BUSD
### Specifications
Given the latest events and concerns around BUSD liquidity on BNB Chain, Venus Quant Team recommends that we should adjust the borrow cap to a lower value. Currently the BUSD liquidity on Pancakeswap is 292M and BUSD borrow cap is 184.5M in our protocol. We suggest reducing the borrow cap to 130M (current BUSD loans amount to approximately 123.6M) on Venus.
